I'm already so darn tired of this metaverse crap
I swear I'm going to punch the next person who says "We're building the metaverse!"

The dumbest part is that it even isn't a 'metaverse' most of the time.
The entire fucking point of a 'metavers' would be that it is open and connects to everything, like a protocol with interface apis. But most of these 'metaverses' are just different isolated proprietar platforms

It's like saying you're building a whole new internet, but all you're building is some proprietary site hosting platform and calling it the internet
